For smaller orders, we recommend international express shipping (e.g., DHL) which typically involves 2-day processing and 5-day delivery. We assume full responsibility for any issues caused by shipping incorrect plant varieties and will provide appropriate compensation or replacement.
10. Where is your nursery located? Can we visit?
Our nursery is located Xiamen, Fujian Province, China. While not generally open to the public, visits by our customers can be arranged by prior appointment through our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) or by contacting us directly.
